Computer Science Intern
To program a sub-system (system integrated within an existing one) to manage the technical support submissions via online (web based) request forms. A kind of support ticket system.
The users access (via web interface) a page where they can choose among a growing list of request types (e.g. submit a new bug, request to create new user accounts, request to modify existing client information, …).
The analysis and architecture are done. What we need is somebody to code the solution.
Technologies Used: Linux, PHP (Zend2 platform), Apache, MySQL
Skills Candidate does not have to master the stated technologies. This can be learned on the job. But a familiarity with “equivalent technologies” would be a good asset.
Qualities we are looking for
Candidate must be highly motivated and fairly autonomous. The candidate will get all the internal technical support to complete the task.
Due to the highly technical aspects, the selected candidate will have to work from our offices. Sorry, there will be no working from home.
